Andrew Batty
Nearly 30 years experience in advertising and marketing, 23 of them creating and building CMS. Andrew's contribution to the profession was marked in 2002 by the rare awarding of an IPA fellowship, whose alumni include the Saatchi brothers. Andrew is also a fellow of the Institutes of Direct Marketing, Chartered Institute of Marketing, Sales and Marketing Management and CAM Foundation. He is a past Chairman of the CIM in mid Yorkshire, national governor of CAM and visiting lecturer. He is Chairman of training body Yoract and head of regional training for the IPA.
Mark Good
Joined CMS in 1988 from another Leeds advertising agency and has now amassed more than twenty years experience in the profession. Mark has a well respected reputation in the business as a strategic media buyer with especial interest in off the page, direct mail and the grey market, and has written a number of reports on the subjects. He was elected to membership of the IPA in 1996 and became a board director in 1998. He is the planner behind hundreds of successful campaigns where innovative use of media has extracted the maximum amount of value from budgets.
Adele Chaplin
Adele joined CMS in 2001 and is now Recruitment Advertising Director. As such, she looks after her own portfolio of clients and keeps a watching eye on everyone else's. Clients appreciate her unflappable ‘can do’ style. Her BA Hons in International Business and Innovation gives her an especial interest in clients’ international recruitment.
Chris Hughes
Chris worked for a number of leading agencies producing advertising, direct marketing and sales promotion campaigns for Asda, Bradford & Bingley, Yorkshire Water and many others before joining CMS as Creative Director. She shapes and directs our creative response and has been responsible for a number of award winning campaigns.
Najeeb Ullah
Six years banking experience has equipped Najeeb well for his position as Financial Controller. Najeeb is the person who will liase with your accounts department on day to day handling of all financial matters.
